What You Can Reach Out About
Here's what comes through our inbox most often, and which channel to use. If you're not sure, send to General Support and we'll route it.
- Account access and login help Locked out of your profile, lost access to the email on file, or need to merge a duplicate account. Send to General Support with your registered email and home base city.
- Profile verification questions Photo verification stuck, badge missing, or your trucking company info needs to be hidden from public view. We can re-trigger verification manually within minutes.
- Report a profile or message Catfish suspicion, romance scam pattern, fake CDL claim, or anything that violates our community rules. Goes straight to Safety - include screenshots and the username.
- Route Matching Engine feedback Matches showing up off your real corridor, home base wrong, or you want a new lane added (Bakken oil patch, I-5 farm runs, etc.). We update lane data every two weeks.
- Billing and freemium questions Refund requests, premium downgrade, receipt copies, or clarifying which features stay free forever (most of them). Send proof of charge and the last four digits of the card.
- Press, partnerships, and trucking media Driver podcasts, fleet partnerships, blog collaborations on long-haul relationships. Send to General Support with the subject line "Partnership" and a one-paragraph pitch.

How fast does DatingLawn support reply to emails?
General support emails are answered within 4 hours on average and always within 24 hours, every day of the year. Safety and account-security reports are triaged within 1 hour. Our team is US-based and works in rotating shifts to cover overnight runs, weekends, and holidays.
How do I report a fake profile or romance scam?
Tap the flag icon on the profile or chat thread, then choose the reason. Or email [email protected] with the username and screenshots. Romance scams cost Americans $672 million in 2024 (FBI), so every report is reviewed within an hour. If money was already sent, also file a report at IC3.gov immediately.
Can I delete my DatingLawn account from this page?
Account deletion is done from inside your profile under Settings > Privacy > Delete Account. If you cannot access the account, email General Support from the address you signed up with and we will remove the profile and all linked data within 72 hours, per our Privacy Policy.
Does DatingLawn offer phone support?
Not currently. Drivers consistently told us that cab Wi-Fi and truck-stop reception make hold music a non-starter. Every issue we handle by phone elsewhere, we handle faster by email here - usually with screenshots and clear written records that protect both sides.
Can I suggest a feature or a new state or corridor?
Yes, and we read every suggestion. The Route Matching Engine has shipped 14 driver-requested updates since launch - new lanes, OTR vs regional filters, shift-aware chat status. Send your idea to General Support with "Feature" in the subject line.
